Application:

Bubble tea (also known as pearl milk tea, bubble milk tea, tapioca milk tea, boba tea, or boba. It's a tea-based drink that originated in Taiwan in the early 1980s. It most commonly consists of tea accompanied by chewy tapioca balls ("boba" or "pearls"), but it can be made with other toppings as well, such as jellies and aloe vera, beans...etc.

Bold introduction:

1. Add water according to the grams of pearls, the ratio of water to pearls is 10:1

2. When the water boils, turn to medium heat, put in the pearls, and stir until each one floats.

3. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes

(The time can be adjusted according to your favorite texture; the pearls must be kept rolling in the water. Avoid the pearl balls sticking to the bottom, and stir every 5-10 minutes during the process

4. Quick-Cooking, stewed-free, better business competitiveness

6. Drain through a sieve, rinse with cold water to cool, and keep the tapioca balls elastic

7. Mix in sugar and water 1:1or 1:2 to soak pearl ball to prevent the pearls from sticking together or getting hard, Do not use pure concentrated sugar

It is recommended to filter the tapioca boba ( tapioca pearl ) with a filter to filter the water and then rinse with ice water. Ice water can quickly cool the powder circle, and the tapioca boba ( tapioca pearl ) will become very elastic after shrinking.
